INTRODUCTION
The Public Association “Europa TIME” is a non-governmental, apolitical, and non-profit organization officially registered on September 3, 2009, with the registration number 1010620001500.
Europa TIME has the right to collect and process your personal data when you make donations or participate in events organized by us.

PURPOSE OF THE DOCUMENT
This document describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data when interacting with the Public Association “Europa TIME.” The document and the relevant procedure are intended to provide clarity regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data in the Republic of Moldova. Any information provided by you will be considered and represent your explicit consent for the Public Association “Europa TIME” to use your personal data for the purposes stated below.

CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA
The personal data we collect (e.g., first name, last name, email, phone number, etc.) and the method of collection vary depending on how you interact with Europa TIME. This may include your status as an existing or potential donor, volunteer, consultant, or participant in a sponsorship contract. We may also obtain data from third parties authorized to provide us with this information (e.g., from a company with which you have an employment or other contract).
When participating in Europa TIME events, we may collect the following personal data: first and last name (when making a donation or participating in events), mailing address, email, phone number, photographs from events, as well as public data that can be used.

NECESSITY OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

• Providing information about the purpose of your donations;
• Identifying you for communication regarding events and interaction with Europa TIME;
• Statistical data processing for reports.
• Data processing is based on the fulfillment of contracts with Europa TIME, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests or public interests, or your consent if expressed.

SITUATIONS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
We may collect personal data when you:

• Make a donation (online, bank transfer, via SMS);
• Register for or participate in our events;
• Contact us regarding programs or events;
• Allow partners, volunteers, or third parties to provide us with your data;
• Your data is public and can be used.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Europa TIME will process your data only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes, complying with internal data retention procedures, including archiving rules. Upon your request, we can provide additional information regarding the retention periods of your data.

1. Right of access: the ability to obtain information about the purposes, categories of data, data recipients, and rights to correct or delete data.
2. Right to data correction: the ability to request the amendment of incorrect data or the addition of missing data.
3. Right to data deletion: the ability to request the deletion of data when it is no longer necessary or there are no legal grounds for retention.
4. Withdrawal of consent: the ability to withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
5. Right to object: the ability to prohibit data processing for marketing purposes or based on Europa TIME's legitimate interests.
6. Rights regarding automated decisions: the ability to express an opinion on automated decisions, request a review, and appeal.
7. Right to lodge a complaint: the ability to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

DONATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted via VISA, Mastercard, and Paynet.
Donated funds will go directly to the AO Europa TIME account.
